We have had the chickens for 3 weeks now and still no eggs. We believe them to be about 6 months old. Should I be concerned?

No need to be conerned it will take awhile for them to get settled and stop feeling anxious enough to lay. Not all hens lay at eh same age, it is personal to each bird.
