New Chicken Owners, need help determining what they are

We just got our first set of chickens. Got them from a friend who has a farm. Hatched them and were believed to be Australorps. They do have some brown in them. Any idea on what sex they are? They are 6 almost 7 weeks old. Huge for that age in my opinion. Just moved them outside yesterday. Keeping them in coop for 48 hours and then will let them out to roam. We have a feeling that we have 3 roos and a hen. Hoping for the opposite.. please let us know your thoughts!

I had a black star hen once. We named her Hickety Pickety, after the nursery rhyme.

He has large mixture of about 5 different breeds. I figured they were mixed because of the brown on them. Will get better pictures of faces later.
