Ok, is the two big white birds meat birds? And when you say processed are you meaning these are birds to be eaten??? And not laying eggs???

Yes- they are birds raised to be butchered and eaten and are not suitable for use as laying birds. There are certain management techniques that can be employed to lengthen their life and take them beyond the usual age of processing, but those must be employed from the beginning and that was not an option for you as you were not given the right information about the birds you were purchasing. As your husband surprised you with this do you know if he spent any time conversing with the person at the store about what he wanted the birds for?
 
Ol Grey_ wow, ok. I'm about to upload more pictures so you can see them clearly. Also, my hubby said he just picked them out and didn't say anything to the store owner. So he picked them himself. He has seen alot of his customers with chickens and was told where to get them, so he went and just picked them out. He had no idea what He was getting. Thanks for the info as well.
