New chicken parent

Hi there new member here
I just got my first flock about 6 weeks ago. (after doing about a year of research and watching ever chicken video on youtube lol)
I got
- 4 Tolbunt Polish ( 1 frizzle, 3 smooth) not 100% on if they are girls or boys yet.
- 4 Splash Polish again not 100% on 3 of them but 1 is definitely a too
- 3 easter egger hens
- 7 Mille Fluer D'Uccle Bantams ( 1 roo and 6 hens)

One of my Tolbunts developed a severe crossbeak around week 2 i currently hand feed (torpedo feed) 2-3 times a day

Too bad you've only been a chicken owner for weeks and are already dealing with a chick with crossbeak, but congrats to you for caring enough to hand feed your baby.

Sounds like a lovely mixed flock. Hope you get more hens than roos; sounds like you've already gotten enough boys!

Hopefully the cross beak won't get any worse as they grow. Feeding them with a deep dish of wet mash can help them get enough to eat. Good luck.

There are a lot of folks here with crossbeaks if you need any advice, you can search it. @DobieLover's suggestion is overwhelmingly what helps them stay healthy. I wish you well with her!!
