Had this old 4x8 trailer that came with our property and I decided to make it into a tractor for my flock. Coming along now and I'm hoping to have them in it this weekend.
I'm thinking of adding an exterior type nest box. Not to sure what I'll do about that, they don't use the best box in the current coop, they have a preferred corner on the floor.... Whatever makes them happy I suppose...

Looking good. You can use fake ceramic eggs to lure them into the nestboxes. Hens like to lay where other hens have laid.

Good job! As Oldhens suggests, fake eggs could help, as would making the nest boxes dark and cosy. I take a different approach, putting plastic basins (half filled with soil) where I find my girls laying, but there's lots of space in my coop, so it makes things easy.
