New Chickens Not Laying

I also know that the days are getting shorter but out of my other 9 chickens that I have laying, I have been getting 3-4 eggs a day from them. What should I do???

How old, in weeks or months, are the laying birds?
Give the newbies time...they may not lay until after the Solstice, how long after remains to be seen, could be a couple weeks or a couple months.

I was told 1.5 years idk the exact number of months or weeks.
