Cheif Rooster of the police force has sent all units to the current sighting, but the bullets didn't seem to phase him and he quickly vanished with the batch of chicks.

I think when the masked rooster attacked, he was riding a turkey? Am I right?
Some reason it was his ride to town. He kept the chicks under the turkey's wing!
