Have my new coop 99% finished with a few small finishing touches. Took a lot longer than I thought and ran into a few bumps along the way but think it turned out nice for my gals.

Yes they are and I have them all over I went a little crazy and I plan to eventually screw a 1x4 over the edges to give a more clean look.
You might want to screw the wood over the staples sooner rather than later - racoons can pull out pneumatic staples and remove hardware cloth mounted like yours is. FYI, screws with large Fender washers are recommended rather than pneumatic staples if you're not going to apply wood over top. In your case, I'd just put the wood up sooner rather than later. Should look awesome!

From a ventilation standpoint do you guys think there is enough ventilation? I really only have the two windows which I usually keep at least one open during the day and depending on the weather outside one at night. I also have open sections in the roof that are covered with HC. When I stand in the coop I can feel air moving across the top. It never feels hot or smelly in the coop I just want to make sure there isn’t dirt and dust floating around in the Coop making it hard to breathe.

Can you measure (or guesstimate with some certainty) how much open ventilation you have on a typical night? And how many birds do you have?

This is a good sign, especially if this condition exists when the windows are closed.
Better than having 'so many square feet of ventilation per bird', as the design of the ventilation and the air movement around your particular site can make a big difference.
Also good to have a thermometer/hygrometer in the coop and outside the coop,
they should mostly be the same with some lag.
