New coop and integrating 3 age groups, how do I do this?

Good idea... Looks like you have it under control. I more or less did the same as you are doing. I separated some for breeding but I'm going to get rid of some of my roos so I will be putting the girls back together in another coop and others that I will be breeding will go into their coop. They are in a now that is a divided coop. Hopefully the transition will go good as they were all originally together before I separated them. Good luck...
