Congrats on learning chicken math, the quotient seems to be getting bigger per new chook, eh?
Simple, is wonderful. Try being practical, having enough ventilation, and overall something that will be easy to clean. Try image yourself cleaning your coop.
Another tip is, always build bigger than you plan to, chicken math is a terrible virus!
Some "space" to keep in mind:
4 square feet needed per bird in the coop area, larger breeds will need bigger accommodation.
10 square feet needed per bird in the run area
16 x 16 = 256/10 = 25 chickens for that amount of space.
Good Luck!
