Wow - that coop is nice. You can tell you put a lot of hard work into it. I am in New England and just about done with my coop although I haven't put any insulation in it. What are other BYC'er's take on insulation?

lunkerchicken, we are insulating the floor and walls, but may be in a colder zone than you.

I love the shingles. Where did you get those?

I wanted the diamond or round ones on my coop, but all I could find in small numbers were the joe-blow shingles.

Beautiful color choices too.

I love your coop. Ours is red too. As soon as I figure out how, I will include pix of ours. I wish I would have seen your first, so that we could incorporate some of your wonderful ideas.
