New Diet

I've lost 141 pounds so far. From a 52 waist to a 34, from a 4X shirt to a medium.
Lose the wheat and sugar, lose the weight.
For more on my weight loss and lifestyle change take a look at my blog:

Fire Tigeris I went and bought a digital scale and found out that my old scale was off by 7 pounds. It was making me lighter then I really was. Oh well.
So at this point my loss is 28 pounds. I'm still happy with that though.
My clothes are just hanging off of me right now.

I can hardly wait for this weekend. I have an EMS course and one of my friends will be there. He hasn't seen me in a couple years, boy will he be surprised.

Great job, do you have a barbell to check the accuracy of the new scale?

Weight with the weight, subtracting the weight without the weight = the weight of the weight?

(sorry I've been dying to do that to someone, but it does work, and can tell a "% error" (where the more you weigh the more off the reading) form a "pounds difference error" 9where the numer it is wrong is always the same) on a scale.)

I got a couple somewhere. I think they might be in a quonset over east buried in all the stuff we stored over there.

I used a 10# bag of sugar and it was pretty darn close. 10.2# reading.

Well I went in and got measured today. Lost 3 more inches off of my hips, waist and chest.

So that is a total of 6 inches off those areas.
My upper arm lost another 2.5 inches and my leg lost another inch.

Got a storm moving in and I got a massive headache this afternoon, they were worried that I had not been drinking enough water, but I had been.

They had one concern. My body lean mass reading was 128#'s. They did not want me to go below that. The first reading was 138#'s.
