Ok so the neosporin we have is the pain relief kind. Now I don't know what to do

Just a bit of scab is all... bumble is when infection sets in... as long as you soak 'em, use something to disinfect and keep them clean as possible, shouldn't be a worry... any redness or swelling around a scab is a bad sign...

Yep, I am positive... soaking in warm water would be good... do you have any rubbing alcohol?

Soak, see if any of the pieces loosen off, dry, dab of alcohol, let dry, then neo...

@Ravynscroft we have something called "Hen Healer" we got when one of our hens ripped her comb open. Would that work over the neosporin?
