New egg, but not the blue egg I was expecting-UPDATE got a blue egg!!!

I have blue coppers, blk coppers, and ameraucanas all about the same age with the blk coppers being 2 weeks younger. They all just started laying with the blue coppers first, then a week later the blk coppers. Today I got my very first ameraucana egg (Yeah!). So maybe they are a little slower than the marans.

Got the first blue egg today from one of the 4 Ameraucana's! (23 weeks and 2 days)

It's kind of a turquoise color. That was the words of my 10 year old when I showed it to him.

Your chickens are gorgeous...Wish I could get some BCM's...but at 16 chickens we are at our limit for urban homesteading..
