New Emergency

As long as he's still eating his own food, you can leave the peel and stuf, just cut it up into it sized pieces so he doesn't need to peck so hard to get a bite.

If you can, give him some chick starter or all flock/flock raiser feed. The feather fixer is a good source of protein, but has a lot of calcium in it that a rooster doesn't need. He is young at 3months, so the less calcium the better.

Offer him some hard boiled egg and add some poultry vitamins to his water.

What does his poop look like?

Off balance can be a number of things from Cocci, nutritional/vitamin deficiency, injury or possibly Marek's among other things.

Separating him was a good idea. Make sure he is drinking well and staying hydrated.

Keep us posted.

Little Dude is definitely drinking. I have to get more shavings today because he's a little stinky. I'll pick up a small bag of chick feed today when i head to TSC. He's eating well, and seems in general to be in good disposition. He was talking to me this morning when i went to check his feed and water. If the little goody thing could he would have been wagging his tail lol. His droppings look normal. Maybe a little darker which I'm chalking up to stress. He's still bright eyed, and healthy looking. When i clean out the carrier today I'll let him stand on the towel i have in front of his cage and check his balance again.

Maybe wryneck?
Doesn't wryneck make their neck flip up over their back?

You could give him some extra vitamin E, just in case he does have brain issues

His neck is fine. He stretches it out just fine, but he's hunched over where his butt is up in the air. I think he might have gotten an injury or sprain / ouchie to either his left leg or wing. That's the side he makes more noise on when i really feel it. Plus he's holding that wing down more than his right wing. Hopefully he just strained it really bad and it will heal just fine. He's bored already with the small confinement he's in.

If he's wanting to get back out then it probably is just an injury. DON'Y LISTEN TO HIM. CHICKENS CAN HYPNOTIZE PEOPLE INTO DOING THEIR WILL, SO IGNORE HIS COMPLAINTS.

And now I say that, you could put him out in a wire dog kennel so the rest of the flock don't forget who he is. He'd probably like that alot

I've already started building a cockerel pen inside the backyard so when he's better he can go in there with his brother and another older cockerel. I don't want any fighting between them, and Foghorn. I know the 2 youngest aren't old enough to do any of thay yet, and the oldest won't be ready to think about that stuff for a few more months but it's better to be safe than sorry. All the pullets and hens will stay with Foghorn.

Ok new symptom to go with everything. He's now rocking back on his heels and almost going over backwards. He rights himself before he does, but he still acts like he's about to fall over. Also he pulls his beak and head to his right side when he rocks back. I've been adding Poultry Cell vitamins and minerals to his feed but haven't seen any improvement. I've been letting him oit in the bathroom 2 or 3 times a day to let him walk around but when he stands he starts the rocking.
