I get the same box as Kiki, and just noticed the max image size. I wonder if they aren't loading because my pics are bigger than that.

I was able to attach this one by right clicking it from the existing attachments, copying, and pasting the URL into the space provided.

Nope. I can see the "Testing" sign in my existing attachments, but still does nothing when I click it.

I confirmed the "insert existing" stopped working for me too. I'll let the developer know.
