I've seen it change. There for a very brief moment in time, I had more posts than @KikisGirls

What gets me are the numbers of guest vs. members online at any given time. Thousands of guests vs. Hundreds of members! Lots of lurkers!

So, I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is a "rolling" time-frame... so:

"today" is actually last 24 hours.
"this week" is actually last 7 days.
etc.
