Its been around two weeks now and we have a new flock for Phoenix to join. They all stayed in a large moving box the first night so that they could get used to being with her. All did so well that the next day, we took them out and put them directly into the coop. Fantastic. All were happy and seemed pleased with their new accommodations. The flock is around 8 to 9 weeks old now and have begun a good showing of their combs. Even Phoenix, who appears to have stunted her growth due to the fire and injury, is catching up with the others. Thanks to all who give support and much needed knowledge.
