New from MA.

For large single comb ones I have in the past used vaseline. For smaller rose comb or small single on and off, depending on how many days we will be in single digits or below zero. Anything over 2 days, I do, just to reduce the cold bites.

Just joined the BYC. Am looking to start a little flock in the spring. Working on ideas for Coops at the moment. Will Build myself.
Wondering about challenges of the cold weather up north and strategies to keep the flock safe.
