Hi, I am new here and happy to be part of this group. I do not have any chickens yet but I am Planning to build my coop this spring when I get home to Delaware. I am presently in SW Florida until the end of March, We have been here since Dec. We spend our winters in Fl for the past 10 years. Next year we will only be gone for Jan and Feb. So I will still be gone for 2 months. That being the case I will probably do meat chickens, Hope I do not offend anyone. If we were going to be home all year I would do layers. My coop will only have room for 4 or 5 chickens. Does anyone have any recommendations for a breed? Thanks in advance for any replys,Bush
