New Hampshire Red gender

I have two eight week old what I believe to be New Hampshire Reds.
My question as always is cockerel or pullet?
Any help is appreciated I am still trying to figure out the whole gender identification process.

I can't tell much from the photo but I'd guess pullets for now.

left one looks like pullet other one has red in comb, I think cockerel.

The one on the left is a pullet, the one on the right isn't showing very distinct signs of being a cockerel even though its comb is slightly pinker. I would wait another week or two and see how it develops before giving it a final verdict.
