new hatch rolling other eggs??

It has actually cracked one of them are they going to be okay?

Oh....this is why I hatch in egg cartons. I'm unsure if a cracked one would make it, but you've got nothing to lose by leaving it in, I think, especially since you're so close to hatch. GOOD LUCK!

If they are all ready to hatch it should be fine. That's a pretty wild chick to actually crack an egg though. I've never had that happen and I actually leave chicks in the bator to knock eggs around on purpose. The others hatch faster that way and I've had no worse hatch rates.

I had that happen when my seramas were hatching. the first one out had knocked around one that must have been ready ti pip and it somehow got fluid in it's mouth and drowned. I am going to try the egg carton way next time around. I think it may be better and less stressful for the chick also cause as it is tapping to pip and zip, it has something to give sone resistance and as it is chipping away at the inner shell, it cannot "roll itself out of the way" so to speak!
