New hatching

I had 10 eggs hatch yesterday and 9 of them are out of the incubator and running around like little hooligans however 1 is struggling to uncurl it is dried out and eyes wide open but on its side unable to stand up.
Not sure what has happened any advice. I don't want to interven but don't want it to suffer
Has anyone else experienced this problem.

Try to gently stand the chick up. If it keeps falling over after you help it, it may have a serious problem with it's legs. If it just needs help getting up check for splay-foot and other problems.

How is it today? I had a late hatcher once that seemed to be stuck in the egg position, with it's head tucked in. I did some physical therapy with it by laying it on it's belly and gently moving the neck up and down. Eventually it was okay. Good luck!
