Well, I knew my eyesight was bad, but really. . . .the avatar I am seeing on this thread is still Cynthia holding a barred rock - ???

Beth, you need to clear out your cookies and temp internet files. I had that happen once on an avatar the staff was dealing with--couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, LOL. Everyone was seeing something really creepy or gross and I was seeing something innocent. It was like some Outer Limits situation.

Thanks! I will do that- I got to work and turned the computer on, checked BYC and there is beautiful Isaac, looking grand!!!!! So it IS something with the computer at home!

She's in there calling for attention now. She refuses to eat the crumble in the brooder, but eats like she's starved when we take her out and give her eggs.

She was hatched on the 11th. She's rotten to the core already. The thing is, she can't keep up with the other much larger chicks. She'd do better in a brooder with bantams. Wonder if someone would like to have her? I have Zane and can't make arrangements for another bird here. She will eat, just don't think she can see the wheat colored crumble well and won't peck at it.

Anyone want a very attention-hungry, half blind chick? Tiny makes a racket until someone picks her up and spends time with her. Her 18 brooder mates must not provide suitable companionship.

These Prima Donna's can be quite demanding, both on ones time and ones patience! **Still snickering uncontrollably** And they tend to wear a person down with all of their high maintenance demands for food and attention!! **Trying desperately to keep a straight face here...FAIL!**

Sorry Cynthia...but just the thought...the image...of two grown adults being manipulated and controlled by a half ounce ball of fluff...
