New hen owner

Hello everyone,

Wanted to introduce myself and why I wanted to be a part of this group.
My husband and I are vegetable farmers on the Big Island of Hawaii and just recently purchased 12 hens that are 9 months old. They are for laying eggs for our family and workers. Here are the breeds of the hens:

Black copper marans
Rhode Island Reds
Blue Splash Marans
Americanas

Trying to learn all I can about hens and how to care for them.
