dirtybug I got to thinking maybe quakertown would be good for you. I know it was getting pretty built up but the outskirts down 309 were still reasonably priced and taxes were lower than Perkasie area. Oh we also use to go eat at the mayfair diner with my husbands grandfather all the time.

Hi all, We are under contract on a house in downingtown, near marsh creek lake. acording to the local laws I will be allowed to have four small farm animals! Can't wait to have some fresh eggs!
