New Here! Is this EE pullet or roo??

Hello! This is my first post here so please bare with me! We are new chicken owners and very excited to start this journey. We have a large barn w/run but they will eventually be free range once they know where “home” is. We recently got two “pullets” from our local feed store , they are sold as older birds at 9 weeks old and we chose them from their coop. I know the buff is a pullet but now I’m really second guessing our Americauna/EE can someone please help?! I’m feeling a bit duped lol. Her/his name is Ice Cream and around 12 weeks old now? Give or take. No crowing yet but the comb seems really red and the tail feathers look different than our buffs but not sure if that’s just a breed thing?? Thanks in advance!
