Best to wait to make an article until coop has been used for a season(or 4), that way tweaks/improvements can be included.Have you started a coop page in the articles section yet?
I'd put HC over the chicken wire, raccoons could bite thru the CW and/or snakes and weasels could get thru CW holes....not to mention rodents. It has 2' of hardware cloth & 2' of chicken wire... tin covers the rest...nothing is getting in there...if they do, they gna work for it...
It's a nice hoop, one of the best I've seen.
Will it be movable or stationary?
If stationary, might think about anti-dig aprons:
Good examples of anti-dig apron installation, tho I'd not recommend 1/2" HC (unless you have small rodents like rats)...go with 14ga 1x2 or 1x1, will hold up much longer and is easier to lay flat.

Don't think you need that skinny ramp up to nests, you've got a nice landing ledge there that should suffice.
How many birds do you plan on keeping?
