New indoor coop for winter

We spent most of the past week building a new coop in the barn as winter digs for my flock. They spent the summer outside in converted calf huts coops surrounded by electric netting, but winter is coming. Our old inside coops are upstairs in the granary of our old barn and it was a nightmare for lugging feed bags upstairs, and cleaning out was a huge production. The new coop is in the lowered floor of the barn, 11 x 20, all built with materials we had lying around the farm. Only thing we had to buy was the hardware cloth. Best part is my husband ran new wiring in the coop so now I have a dedicated outlet for the timer for the lights, and for the heated waterer base. Winter numbers will just be 6-8 chickens, so they've got a fair bit of room. In spring we will build a large enclosed run and install a pop door to it.

I put in a poop board, which is the first time I've used one. I'm hoping it makes it nice and easy to clean that area regularly.
