New Jersey

Hello,

I have a young 4 year old RIR rooster. He has been very reliable in fertilizing our hen and is great at protecting them from predators. He is quite mean, which is why he is so good at his job. He needs a new home where he will have a purpose and an owner who will care for him. He has produced his first male heir and we have a small flock so we can't keep two roosters. So if you are in need of a rooster please let me know. His Name is Ginger, here are some pics:

Woo, I love cowtown! My family goes there every year!

I'm from New Jersey too...Warren County! I live in Hope Township, to be exact. Most people know it better as being the home of The Land of Make Believe.

I have all sorts of birds....from pigeons, to doves, and chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese! I have many birds for sale too, if anyone is interested! I put a post up in the B/S/T section.
i need to rehome 2 or poss 4 ducks in south jersey if you can take them?

We are getting to the hard cull process for our flock.
We breed show Dominiques and took best of breed at Sussex this year and have introduced some great genetics from Tammy Newlin's birds.

We have 6 roos to rehome or to go to your freezer camp.
Great little meat birds, they have fantastic manners as well.
Get along with geese and other roos in a bachelor run currently.
They have fast feather genes, no red, solid black with dilute white and barred white for sure.

Black Bantam cochins as well, 6mo and 10 week old roos.
Doms are 6mo old. Will finish out in another month or so, or process early for a very tender roasting bird.
All on grass.

I have the DVD! My husband is from England and he worked on a chicken farm there! Now we have chickens of course. This movie has a special place in our hearts. (Oh good grief, I’m not just a chicken lady, I’m a weird chicken lady!)
Warren county here.

Ha. My son loved that movie & all of the Wallace & Gromit flix. I haven't watched it in years. Now that you mention it. I'll watch it today, while I wrap Christmas gifts.
Thank you for that. :D
