Anyone else here from NJ? I'm looking to start raising quail- in addition to my chickens and goats. I'm wondering if there are issues since quail are technically game birds and not livestock. My town allows livestock. I've seen them listed on craigslist in the area.

How observant am I? I saw your question under 'unanswered' - didn't even notice that you were in the Quail section.

you may have to contact your local officials about how they classify "quail". Not all states or counties have the same "definition" of quail.
