I only have one girl layin, Kimmie, in the coop... several others are 18-19 weeks but combs do not look red— Lizzy, my Halloween hatch comb is super read but only 11 weeks... is it possible the the one on the right below came from Kimmie or has lizzy layed her first egg?? Kimmie layed yesterday afternoon and I found this one after church today. About noon.

Absolutely 2 different sources for those eggs. Which one laid which? :idunnoI sincerely doubt (like almost impossible), that an 11 week old laid her first egg... Wayyyy too young yet. Comb "redness" is not always a fail-safe indicator of egg laying ability. I would suggest that one came from Kimmie and the other came from one of the 19 week old birds.

If the blue and red bird is Lizzy I would be concerned that you have another cockerel. That red comb and patchy colouring are indicative that it's male at 11 weeks. Different breeds have different comb development even two breeds that both have a single comb. Does the red and blue bird have red patches on the wings?... the photo doesn't show that much of it....
