New Layers?

I bought 40 White Leghorns the first week of April, and they haven't started laying yet. They are getting plenty of food, sun, space, and free range. Any suggestions on getting them started?

They are six months old? Really odd White Leghorns aren't laying yet. What and how much are you feeding them? Are you sure they are not hiding eggs? Are you sure they are White Leghorns?

I'm sure that they aren't hiding eggs... I'm thinking maybe their need more protein in their diet... (?) And yes, they are white leghorns!
