Some people say if your using the geese for guard geese to get ONLY 1 and raise it with your chickens but I got my geese already full grown and after about a month they do the job just fine! Even with 2 geese and me not raising them with the other birds but that’s just my experience with the geese I wish you good luck on the geese!!

I certainly can relate, they keep me out of trouble, and they brighten up my day when im sad, they are the best, also wanted to point out I don't intebd for the goode to be a guard goose, just an additional to the flock, although guarding is a plus I do suppose

What kinds of breeds do you have now? And yes I love the geese they are so fun to watch and yes the will guard for you kinda like a guinea the will get loud when something not right! I can hear mine inside so they are a loud bird!! But as long as your neighbors are not to close you shouldn’t have a problem but the will let uk when something is wrong!! Very fun birds to have on the homestead!

They are brown Chinese yes they are! I wish it would post the videos how do I start a conversation? I’m learning slowly! Lol I just order 45 Cornish cross meat chickens also they are shipping out on the 13th! Can’t wait for them!
