Hello fellow chicken friends. I have grown up with chickens my whole life living at my mom and dads and recently became married and bought a house. We had an existing coop with a small run that was already on property. We ripped out the old run and built a 15’x20’ run. We purchased 20 chicks about a month back and they are doing fantastic. We have 6 Sappire Gems, 3 Light Brahmas, 3 Barred Rock, 3 Rhode Island Reds, and 5 Buff Orpington. The buffs were straight run and I’m hoping to get a roo(I’m sure I’ll have at least one) we have made so many fun updates to the coop it’s almost complete and it has turned out amazing! Can’t wait to share and learn from all of you!
