New member, long time lurker

Hi!! I’ve been a chicken owner for about 5-6 years now. I’ve recently added to my flock 2 French feather legged cuckoo marans I picked up from the local farm swap. I’m curious to know their age (forgot to ask) as well as the genders. Looking forward to conversing with all of you whom seem to be a lot better with age/sex determination than me.

The one in question has now a more red wattle than the other. The seller had many different chickens types and ages were across the board. I was told they were suppose to be all pullets. The feathers seem to be exactly alike.

Without knowing their age it's tough to tell but I'm leaning towards cockerels.

Thank you x2!! I was hoping one wasn’t a cockerel, but the possibility of both being Roo’s?! I already have an adult Roo, protector of the flock. Hoping they’ll get along.

This is what they looked like when I got them on May 25th, about 4 weeks ago. Would you still say cockerel for both of them?
