Thank you for the suggestion. Fortunately I found a place that sells them in town every once in awhile and I have had no problem with them at all. I have tried them on 3-4 different occasions. They are quite expensive, however and I thought this might be a worthwhile hobby/activity. Plus I am allergic to a lot of different meat (pork, lamb, chicken etc.) so it would give me another source of meat.
