not sure why they are doing it but i have tried a lot of the remedies from this site and i do think im getting it under control

You could try "pinless peepers," for the pickers in your flock Just put that in the search box and it will pop off. They prevent the chicken from seeing straight ahead and they miss their target. Plus they are probably upset by the peepers and don't remember to pluck feathers.

Help! I have a picking problem I thought under control but it seem that when I remove one chicken that's being picked on they turn on another one
. I have 5 austrolorps and 5 wyandotes the only ones that don't have any feathers missing are the 2 huge austrolorps I can assume hat it probably one of them but I never see them bother the other chickens. Any ideas on how to pin point the problem?
