Got a few hours of free time?
You could sit and watch chicken...see who is the meanie?

Are you sure they don't have any bugs on them?

I watch them a lot outside and they don't bother each other at all. I look for bugs don't see anything. I think it happens in the coop. I have two roosting bars but they all crowd on one.
That are enclosed in the run so I keep the coop open so they can get out at first light. That are laying great but I cant find the bully

I have read that some bugs either only get on them at night or you can only see them on the chicken at night.
Try checking them tonight with a flash light.

Im leaning more towards bugs because you say you have never seen them actually pick at each other.

Let me see if I can find the artifice I am referring to. bbiaf

That are only 26 weeks old . Can they get bugs in the winter?everything is new the coop run I clean it constantly.

Ohio . It's been cold for months so I didn't know if they could get bugs while it's cold like dogs don't usually get fleas during the winter. I'm new this so I am glad for any help

Thanks I will try that it can't hurt

Can you possibly post a picture of one bird that is missing feathers?
Where on the body are they missing feathers?
