The thumbs up is a thing you can press if you like what someone has said to you. If you want to quote someone in a post like this....

...you just click on that button that says Quote and it will attach a post you want to refer too.

If someone leaves you a link like I did, you click on it and it will take you to the area that pertains to what you might need to read, post, ect...
