Yes! To both! I'm a chicken novice, but would be happy to participate/spread the word (I've already become a chicken-pusher, having conned a friend and a mother in law into chickens in the last month

I'm starting to get to know some of the Silver kids through the 4-H goat club, and most of them are raising chickens as well.

We've only been in Silver for slightly <2 yrs now, but have been to the fair, and I was tickled that my first quilt ever took a blue ribbon at the fair last fall.

That would be great! How about a chicken gathering sometime after the county fair when people are winding down? Or a couple of months before, so people could get some practice for the fair?
