New Monical's Pizza

Has anyone tried the "frozen" Monical's Pizza? Or the prepared raw pizza that you can take home to cook it in your own oven???

How was it?

Anything you would change about the pizzas?

Please pass me the delicious Monical's Salad Dressing!

I haven't heard of this brand but we have a couple pizza restaurants where you buy the prepared pizza but take it home to cook so I assume this is the same kind of thing you are talking about. Personally, I don't care for it as much as buying a ready to eat pizza. No matter how much they tell you it is the "same", unless it is cooked in a pizza oven, it always tastes like a pizza you cook yourself at home. The pizza oven does something to the crust that a regular oven just can't do - IMO.

You need a rocket hot oven and a pizza stone to make good pizza at home. Get the stone and oven to about 550 deg and throw the pizza directly on the stone. You'll need a pizza paddle to retreave it though. (sometimes a flat cookie sheet will work)


Do they sell that brand in the store or is it a restaurant?

at the resturaunt you would have to order it.

The baking stone makes a world of difference! However the crust probably would taste a bit different than the oven they are using.
