Here are some pics of the new coop. I drew up an idea and sent it to my husband and I was so thrilled to see it come to life. We started with a box and some trusses, through on some legs and added amenities, (nesting box, ramp, feeder, vents under the eaves). We're putting a metal roof and siding on it tonight. It will also have a detachable 6 ft. run in front and handles on the sides to move the entire hutch around the yard. I think Sgt. Pepper and his ladies, Yoko and Ono will love it:

Thanks so much everyone for the nice comments. My chickens are currently chillin in the laundry room cause of the rain. Please Lord give us the strength to finish this thing SOON!

wow I am super impressed. There are such great carpenters on here and you are one of them!
I LOVE the interior design of the coup and can't wait to see what kind of wrapping paper you put on this box to dress it up.
