Looking at it now also good new so far i candled a few again and tossed one after i opened it it was the one i was iffy on hood thing i cracked it was empty but the one who showed the most has now shown even more growth so i think i might get atleast one o.o

Yes. For button quail, I had my hatching humidity around 60%.

10% either way is unlikely to do harm. I would not let it go over 70%, though. Nature is amazing and can be surprisingly flexible.
