New \o.o/

Pics
So nabiki idea so i don't have to keep opening the lid to turn them ill just prop one side then the other every hour or so but if they send more then 12 eggs idk what ill do o.o here are pics of the trial run of the carton in the incubator what do you all think ? Also should i lower my thermometers ? Or are they in good spots?
That looks good. You should probably turn the eggs every 3 hours or so rather than every hour, though.

In that heat, have your incubator up and running so you can pop the eggs into the incubator as soon as you get them. That way if they've begun to develop, they'll still be okay.

Ahead of you o.o its running right now giving it 3 days to make sure its all set. Ofcourse gonna candle them real fast for cracks

In cases like that, is it sensible to rest them pointy side down in the incubator for the first day before starting to turn?
I wondered that at one time too which is why I'm gonna use the carton method so they are pointy side down yet can be "turned" by slightly elevating one side of the incubator then the other side 3 hours later . :hmm or did u meant just not elevate for a while once in incubator ? Ah i see i think you did hmmmmm XD idk im too new lets ask a pro o.o I'm sure one here will answer

I have a pair (they're actually my roommate's now) in a plastic bin that I converted to a brooder and is now a button quail habitat. This picture is from when it was a brooder. Now it has fake plants and little boxes for hidey holes in it.
