First, they look great! Good job rescuing them!
I'm guessing they are about 5 weeks old . . . yeah, those red combs probably mean roos but it looks like there are a few with paler combs - possibly a few girls in the mix. My 5 week old BR pullet chick doesn't look much different, her comb is paler but she does have a bit of a comb.
I had 7 cockerels and 3 pullets in my first batch of chicks - when they all reached maturity, I separated the boys from the girls and kept the girls in a run/coop. The boys free range and get along great! They are six months old now. Of course 30 crowing roosters might be more than anyone could handle.
If they are pure BR you might be able to find some homes for folks looking for breeding roosters.
