I swear these three just get prettier everytime I look at them. The colors are just incredible. Aran, if you read this thread then the answer to your question on the yellow beard is tumeric. Given as a supplement to help boost the immune system, it is not a friend to white or light feathered chickens. Kinda like someone wearing clear braces and then eating mustard. These three have the best disposition. One of the girls is more reserved and timid. She is the one with the red band and she will stay with Ichabod. However, the other one will just go off with the other flocks and mingle. Ichabod though is the sweetest rooster I have ever encountered. You can tell that he is a show bird. You can just handle him and do just about anything with him. He just sits there and lets you do it. Thanks goodness, because those spurs are nothing to sneeze at. Enjoy the pictures!
