New Pigeons finally

Well I have finally finished my cage and now own 7 modena pigeons that I pick up from my uncle. I have 2 more coming in from austin Texas tomorrow. I will take and post pics as soon as this nasty Louisiana weather clears up.

I love Modena's, I raised them back in the late 90's until 2005. I got rid of all my stock because I moved into a new house and did not have time to build a loft. Finally after 6 years, I'm back into it

Nice Modenas. Just goes to show that once pigeons get in your blood it never leaves! On a recent trip back to La.(BR) I brought back 2 pair of splash colored Indian Fantails. Silly birds, one pair has a week old baby that is thriving in spite of winter temps. Snowing outside right now. Will post some pics of them soon. Hope you raise a bunch!

Yep, I have always loved rasing pigeons and now i get to do it all over again. This time I will have more time to spend doing the pigeon things and have extra money to spend on them.
