Really nice!! Looks perfect to me!

I also detest ripping out seams, and pulling out knitting - I just hate it!

Angie, that is a 12" block, very simple really. I think the reason a few corners don't meet up perfectly is due to one of my rulers being shifted when I cut one certain color, but as long as it still looks okay, I don't try to "unsew", as kathyinmo puts it, LOL.

I'm sure when the entire quilt is done, those little imperfections won't even show unless someone is looking for them. That's what is wonderful about quilts! They don't have to be perfect to be beautiful.

Thanks, Wildsky. I rather like the colors, now that I have them where I can see the pattern.

You know - we found an old quilt when we moved into my DH's grandparents house, I'm thinking it was made by his grandma, but its all hand pieced and quilted, and there are lots of pieces that don't fit too well... my daughter LOVES that quilt, its a bowtie design I think, and not very colorful or glam!

But its soft, and interesting, and cozy and she just loves it tucked up under her chin at night.

No matter how a quilt comes out, they're all made with lots of loving stitches and thats what makes them so cozy and soft!
