New Pullets shedding intestinal lining

Following up... so we are slowly starting to introduce the pullets to the flock and the stress seems to have brought it back. I noticed some light red and a bright red blob on the ground. I know it is only happening to one pullet. Started corid liquid in everyone's water three days ago using the severe outbreak ratio of 2tsp/ gal.

On day three of treatment, more pink blobs were found with one a wee bit smaller than the size of a dime. Is this the corid working? (I am planning to do 14 days straight treatment in water.)
Should I switch to the sulamet?
What else could cause these red blobs besides cocci?
As a reminder these pullets came from a NPIP farm and we're vaccinated for cocci and treated with corid and are still being fed medicated grow feed. They should be coming up on four months soon. Their waddles are starting to come out and the comb is beginning to turn red.

Here's a picture. She's still a pullet and very happy and energetic, just poops blood from time to time. Will send a picture when I have a new sample.

You sure it's her and not the one next to her? the one next to her looks like she's holding her head close to her body.

She was moving and trying to get out. I was using my phone as a method to push her back so I could take a picture. So I think that was more of a flinch. She is a VERY active bird. (Flew over my head the other day. Will be clipping that flight feather shortly)

Chloe (the flincher) sleeps up against the wall on the roost, and heather on the other side of her. The red poop on the dropping board is coming from heather and I have personally seen her drop them in front of me.

Here's a pic of the poo. This is day four of the corid. There were brighter red blobs earlier on.
